Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it when we receive your cancellation request. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, so please return it to us upon receipt.

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept 7 day returns and exchanges, which means you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  2. The timeframe for returns and exchanges must not exceed 30 days from receipt of the original order.
  3. All items must be returned in their original condition with no scratches or signs of wear and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  4. When returning or exchanging an item, the customer must use a delivery method with tracking. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.
  5. For returns, any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned merchandise. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
  6. For exchanges or resizing, if you are located in a remote area, you may be responsible for remote charges due to geographic restrictions. We will refund you in

advance so you can make an informed decision.

NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Non-refundable items

  1. Xingyunz items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or resizing.
  2. Personalized items with “engravings” and “photos” such as rings, necklaces and bracelets are non-refundable and Xingyunz will charge a 30% restocking fee for personalized item exchanges.
  3. Special order items are those that change plating and stone color, are part of a set, and jewelry with personalized engraving, all of which are non-refundable. However, Xingyunz may exchange them for a different design for a 30% restocking fee.
  4. Custom sized rings are non-refundable.
  5. Items that have been worn or sent to you as replacements/exchanges are not refundable.

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of a store credit at your request.

Please note:

* If you would like a refund issued to your original payment account, please contact one of the Firaluna representatives for authorization.

* Pre-discount shipping charges will apply and are non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do cover the original shipping cost of each order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping charges.

* Remote charges are non-refundable and will need to be deducted from your refund when returning an order. We do not refund the remote fees you paid for your order.

Xingyunz will reimburse the buyer $10 for return shipping via store credit in the following cases.

  1. The buyer received the wrong item.
  2. The item is broken, defective, or incorrectly engraved. (For damaged or defective items, buyer must contact Firaluna within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Xingyunz will charge a 35% restocking fee for returns or exchanges of the following items.

  1. Items customized in 10K white gold/10K rose gold/10K yellow gold.
  2. Items customized in 14K white gold/14K rose gold/14K gold.
  3. Items customized in 18K white gold/18K rose gold/18K gold.
  4. Items customized with Moissanite.
  5. If returning multiple items (≥ 3) from the same order, you will be charged a 35% restocking fee for each item returned.

Delayed or Missed Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.
